As we work with international suppliers to bring you quality pet products at affordable prices, delivery times may vary depending on your location.

Estimated shipping times:

  • United States & Canada: 7–15 business days
  • United Kingdom: 7–15 business days
  • Australia & Europe: 10–20 business days
  • Rest of the World: 10–25 business days

Shipping Costs

We offer Free Shipping on all orders unless otherwise stated.

Any applicable shipping fees will be clearly displayed at checkout before payment is completed.

Tracking Your Order

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a tracking number via email.

Please allow 3–5 business days for tracking information to update in the carrier’s system.

Delayed or Lost Packages

Incorrect Address
